All laid out ready to bolt together. I planned to seal the bulkhead bolt holes with a smear of silicone around each hole, then when the bulkheads are bolted tight together the silicone will be squeezed out into large very thin gasket.
Nearly done, just the bow section to go. Still needs the rudder bolted on, deck lines threaded and some deck fittings connected and in less than an hour it was in the water.
Dennes Point for lunch and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate before a circuit out to Iron Pot and back to Tinderbox just on dark.
Not quite leak free, there was a tiny dribble in the back compartment but not from the bulkhead holes, it'll be a deck fitting or the hatch rim, all other compartments were completely dry.
